Product Developer

As a Product Developer, you will be instrumental in shaping the next generation of machines while enhancing existing products. The role blends creativity and technical expertise, requiring someone who can translate complex ideas into practical, sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new machines and improvements to existing systems.

• Apply strong problem-solving skills to overcome technical challenges in product development.

• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, business development, production/service teams, and suppliers to optimise performance and ensure customer value.

• Integrate hardware and software solutions into cutting-edge technologies.

• Conduct market and technology research to identify opportunities for innovation.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and technical documentation.

• Support prototype and pilot testing, ensuring products deliver under real-world conditions.

• Provide technical insights to sales and BD teams, translating solutions into clear benefits.

Candidate Profile

• Background in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Applied Physics, or a related field.

• Experience in machine design, product development, and hardware/software integration.

• Strong understanding of physics, thermodynamics, or fluid dynamics.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

• Passion for innovation and sustainable technology.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
