-
Manage day-to-day operations, including equipment maintenance, deliveries, inventory, and lab safety.
-
Maintain records, SOPs, and compliance documentation while supporting onboarding of new team members.
-
Oversee financial processes such as purchase orders, invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking in collaboration with HQ Finance.
-
Coordinate facilities management, vendor relationships, and building services to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained workspace.
-
Serve as the go-to person for internal queries and help facilitate communication between the lab team and HQ functions.
What You’ll Bring
-
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
-
Experience in lab operations, facilities management, or administrative support - ideally in an R&D or scientific environment.
-
Confidence managing budgets, vendors, and operational processes.
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-
A proactive approach. You spot what needs to be done and get it done.
