About the Role
You will lead strategy, inspire a high-performing team, secure funding, and drive transformative growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the company’s commercial and operational strategy in line with its mission and growth objectives.

Build a values-driven culture that fosters innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

Drive sustainable revenue growth through strategic partnerships, licensing, and co-development deals.

Lead fundraising initiatives, engaging investors, grants, and strategic financing opportunities.

Identify and pursue new market opportunities to accelerate global expansion.

Oversee all aspects of operations, including budgeting, financial forecasting, compliance, and risk management.

Represent the company externally, strengthening its visibility and reputation with investors, customers, and industry partners.

Report to the Board of Directors on performance, risks, and strategic priorities.
About You:

15+ years in senior leadership or C-suite roles, ideally in AgTech, biotech, or innovation-driven sectors.

Proven track record in fundraising, strategic exits, or major entrepreneurial achievements.

Deep commercial experience with high-value partnerships, licensing, or product commercialization.

Strong financial acumen and experience overseeing budgets, forecasts, and capital allocation.

Established network within the agriculture and AgTech ecosystem.

Exceptional leadership skills, with experience building and retaining high-performing teams in high-growth environments.

Demonstrated ability to foster mission-driven, values-based company cultures.

Experience working with Boards of Directors and familiarity with corporate governance.
