About the Role

Are you a commercially driven sales leader with a passion for technical solutions and market expansion? This is your chance to lead the US launch of an exciting new insecticide-based product line at the forefront of pest control innovation.

We’re partnering with a pioneering company to find a Sales Leader who will own the commercial success of this new product, driving revenue, building strategic partnerships, and representing the brand across retail and pest control markets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the U.S. launch and sales of a new insecticide product line.
  • Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and pest control operators.
  • Drive revenue growth and manage P&L for the product line.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure strong market presence.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Deliver technical support and training to customers and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in coordination with internal teams.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to guide strategy.
  • Represent the company at key industry events and customer meetings.

Key Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Biology, Chemistry, Business, or related field
  • 7–10+ years of experience in sales or business development within crop protection, pest control, or agrochemical sectors
  • Technical expertise in insecticides or pest control solutions
  • Proven success launching products or growing market presence in the U.S.
  • Knowledge of EPA/state regulatory requirements is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams
  • Willingness to travel across the U.S. (and occasionally internationally)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results
