About the Role
We’re collaborating with a mission-driven climate technology company raising the global standard for Scope 3 emissions measurement and verification across agriculture and land-based supply chains.
We are seeking a commercially driven, deeply knowledgeable Scope 3 expert with a proven track record in closing large, multi-year enterprise deals to join as an Enterprise Sustainability Sales Leader. This role can be based in Europe or the US.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a 100% new business, revenue-generating role. You will:
- Own net-new enterprise sales for Scope 3 measurement, decarbonisation, and sustainability solutions.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire large global accounts in food, beverage, ingredients, and retail.
- Lead the entire commercial motion: target identification, prospecting, executive-level selling, contract structuring, and deal closing.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Scope 3 for enterprise clients, bringing an existing network and technical knowledge.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5–10+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience.
- Existing relationships with executives at target companies. Proven track record closing complex, high-value enterprise deals (multi-six- and seven-figure ARR).
- Deep familiarity with Scope 3 emissions, sustainability reporting, or land-based supply chains.
- Experience selling into large food, beverage, agriculture, or CPG organisations.
- Hunter mentality - self-sourced pipeline, relentless follow-up, and comfort with rejection.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.
