About the Role
We are proud to be partnering with our retained client, a pioneering company at the forefront of sustainable innovation in the horticulture and agri-tech sectors. As they continue to expand their presence in domestic and international markets, they are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Sales Executive to join their team.
You will be responsible for helping to identify and nurture new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales and after-sales process. You will be combining this with marketing activities like starting and managing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how solutions meet the needs of customers.

Searching for business opportunities, identifying prospects, setting appointments, making effective qualifying sales calls, and managing the sales cycle to sell products and services.

Achieve annual sales quotas by generating leads, building relationships, and successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies with existing and potential customers.

Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns and manage and grow social media presence.
About You

Strong communication and negotiation skills with a good sense for new sales opportunities, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organisations.
