About the Role

We're partnering with a mission-driven organisation expanding its impact beyond its core legacy to include agricultural solutions. As part of this strategic diversification, we're looking for a Product Formulation & Materials Scientist to sit at the intersection of insecticidal chemistry, polymer/material processing, and sustainability.

You'll lead the design and optimisation of high-performance formulations to develop scalable, commercially viable pest control solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop insecticidal formulations and delivery systems
Evaluate new active ingredients, with a focus on biodegradable or sustainable options
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products from lab to market
Support testing, regulatory documentation, and scale-up with external partners

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

MS/PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
3+ years in formulation or materials development (insecticides or biocides a plus)
Experience with polymer processing and lab-based efficacy testing
A passion for sustainability
