As part of this strategic diversification, the team is seeking a Product Portfolio Manager to oversee and optimise a growing suite of agricultural pest control solutions for the US market.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead product management across the full lifecycle - from concept through to commercialisation and maturity

Drive market research and customer insight to inform portfolio strategy and product positioning

Define value propositions, USPs, and go-to-market messaging

Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Regulatory, and Marketing to align product strategies with commercial and operational goals

Establish governance and decision-making frameworks for portfolio and performance management

Support forecasting, demand planning, and scenario modeling

Champion the voice of the customer and ensure regulatory and market alignment
Key Experience:

Experience in product management, portfolio strategy, or go-to-market execution

Familiarity with crop protection markets

A strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans

Comfort working cross-functionally in complex, regulated industries

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
