About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll shape and lead the commercial strategy, build high-value industry relationships, and unlock long-term revenue opportunities. We’re looking for a results-driven commercial leader with strong negotiation skills, a passion for innovation in agri-biologicals, and the ability to bridge technical teams with industry partners. You’ll play a key role in scaling adoption, creating licensing and collaboration opportunities, and representing the company at industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the business development and partnership strategy

  • Build and nurture strategic industry relationships

  • Negotiate creative deals to maximise revenue potential

  • Translate technical innovation into market opportunities

  • Represent the company at industry events and with stakeholders

About You:

  • Proven track record in business development/partnerships, ideally in AgriTech, biotech, or related industries

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

  • Collaborative leadership style, able to work across functions

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
